Question: I Fu*ked up!! helpp!?
i binged todayy! should i just have some raw veggies tomorrow and fluids!?'
i am starting my new diet sunday or monday which consists of veggies, seafood, and fruits!.!.!.

im gettin a lifetime (rlly just 1 month) supply of diet coke and gum tomorrow to help not eat junkWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO NO, your fine the occasional (and i stress occasional) eating junk food isnt gonna hurt you or your diet, just follow your normal diet as you would any day tomorrow because if you get to strict tomorrow you'll end up binging again out of hunger, just remember to workout, eat small portions 5 to 6 times aday if you can and drink lots of fluids, and please ignore the guy that said food doesnt make you fat water does thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard, and your bodies made up of 70 to 75% water not fat, lol so its very very important to drink plenty of water everyday if not you could cause your metabolism to crash and screw up your weight loss goals all together, and if you dont eat enough the same thing can happen, so make sure you eat plenty of calories and spread them out over the day in smaller portions every 2 to 3 hr's if you can to maximize your weight loss, alose eatting veggies and fish and fruits is a great diet and im sure you will easily lose weight on that diet as long as you stay active by atleast walking 3 times a week or more if you can 30 to 45 mins each time, and again drink plenty of fluids (at first you may gain a pound or two but don't fear its just water weight adn the reason why this happens is because most people are partially dehydrated and don't know it so that's just your body storing the water it needs to function properly) because thats one of the ways your body gets rid of fat is through sweeting and going to the bathroom and if you don't have plenty of fluids your body cant do this properly, and also your body uses fluid to deliver nutrients to your muscles and every other part of your body and again if your not properly hydrated it cant do this very well, also lots of research has shown that diet coke or any diet drink for that matter actually causes weight gain not to mention does nothing to hydrate your body and can actually help dehydrate your body , and the artificial sweeteners are very bad for you, so stick to water and tea (go easy on the sugar, use lemon or even honey if you can) and be careful with juice its usually high in calories, anyways i hope this helped, and remember its not about starving yourself, just make healthier eatting choices be more active and take it one day at a time and you will reach your goals, and every week or 2 give your self a cheat meal or a cheat day(if you can control yourself) and go out to eat or have a snack!.!.!. goodluck and i am pullin for ya :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Listen, I dropped 50 pounds and the seceret is to eat, yes every one says that but it works, heres an example:

Breakfast: Boiled egg , rye bread , or cereal with yoghurt
** the key to breakfast is that you need some type of PROTIEN to keep you fueled for the day , try it and it can hold you for 4 hrs,

SNACK: Fruit, Banana, Apple

Lunch: Salad with tuna or chicken on it, or your fav beans with

Snack: Handful of almonds

Dinner: any meat(lean ) with Veggie stir fry on Brown rice
if your hungry eat veggies, or have a warm drink like tea, but no sugar and cream, just plain milk inside!.

P!.S diet coke will bloat you and the chemicals in it are not healty if you want to be!.
PLEASE dont cut carbs completly out of your diet, just reduce them and eat complex carbs as well such as tuna Whole grains!.!.!.
Green tea will help as well and so will coffee(no heavy cream/ sugar)
** the healthy regular eating will tell your metabolism to keep burning calories at a steady reate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, screw that diet coke and gum thing!. Its so stupid!. and you wont lose any weight doing that, diet coke may have zero calories but its terrible for you, oh and gum has like 4!. anyway, you cannot gainweight from a single binge you might feel fat but you havent gained any permanent weight unless you continue this habit for about a week!. eat te same tomorrow just try and focus on drinking more water!. oh and your diet wont work to help you lose weight you will just deprove your body of essential nutrients and eventually fall under the anorexic category and youwouldnt want that!. maintain a healthy diet by including something from all food groups, low fat stuff like low fat cream cheese or milk will help control your calorie intake and strip away unecessary fats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, Rosepose, Don't stress about it! Tomorrow and the next day just eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're content!. Don't eat any sugar or white flour!. Fruits and veggies, fish, skinless chicken, and drink lots of water!. You probably won't even gain any weight!.

well what did you binge on!? cause i've binged 4 times this week and i'll give you a example of what i ate at one sitting!. 10 sweet and sour pork, 8 slices of bread with peanut butter on each slice, a box of chocolate, a bag of chips, and a can of pop thats like 3500 calories right there and i gained 3 pounds that day but overnight i somehow lost some weight and only ended up gaining 1 poundWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be so hard on yourself!. It's never good to completely deprive yourself of foods you love, when your dieting!. That's what leads to binging !. After sticking to your diet well, for a couple of weeks, reward yourself with one scoop of your favorite ice cream (or get the low fat varieties)!. no ur crash dieting and once u start eating eating agin u gain all ur weight back what u got to do is eat 6 small meals a day that are easy digestible foods to trick ur metabolsim to speed up and after if burns ur food that u just ate it will burn fat awayWww@Answer-Health@Com
