im 5,2 and 13 years old i know im kinda young but i weigh 108lb and i have no problem with that but i have a fatty tummy kind of and i want it gone, i dont care about the weight cause im happy with it i just want a flat stomach!!!plz!.!.!.!.!.thnx : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try cardio, like running daily!.

If you don't like running, do exercises that force you to balance, which strengthen and tone your core more effectively than sit-ups or crunches!. You could balance for two minutes on one leg and then switch, or try balancing by kneeling on a large exercise ball for three minutes!.

If you really want to try something new, take up a ballet class!. That will give you a flat stomach because it works your core so much!. However, it would take some time before you start seeing results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
