Question: Do oblique workouts make your waist bigger!?!?
im starting to do weight training and a lot of long distance running!.
i jus lost all of the fat on my waist except for my sides
but once those are gone ill have a 30" waist!.
i want to have a bigger muscular waist!.
will oblique workouts make my waist bigger!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well it will tone your abdominal muscles if you are doing moderate weight and 8-15 reps, 2-3 sets!. If you want to bulk up then i suggest alot of weight doing 5-10 reps, 4-6 sets!. Of course after each set take a 2 min break!. if you add details of what kind of exercises you are doing and what is the set weight you are doing them originally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
