Fitness, work out typey question..details inside....please answer my question. =]?

I'm a 14 year old girl, not fat, but not aneroxeic.

If I have a 10 min jog in my room (back and forth, my room is quite large) whilst listening to music to keep my 'in beat' will that make me lose weight? I don't eat much anyway..I have my three meals a day and occasional snacks in between.
Last time I weighed myself I was 50kg, but that was a while ago.

I was just wondering. =]

I'm not that lazy though, this isn't the *only* thing I do for my fitness though, but in general.. aghh work with me here xD

I think you wanna lose weight, right?

Then, a 10-min jog a day isn't enough as it only equals to 70 mins of exercise per week.

You need to exercise for at least 30 mins per session, 3-4 times per week, to see weight loss. Jog, if you like to jog (in your room) but extend the time from 10 mins to 30 mins, per session.

And I think listening to music whilst jogging, is cool, really. It brightens up the otherwise boring jogging environment ( in a room with 4 walls and nothing to look at, is quite......boring....!) and helps you pass the exercise time quickly.

At the same time, you got to eat the right food.

Eating a liitle doesn't mean you'll lose weight. If you're eating junk, oily, fried, sweetened stuff - these are definitely deadlier than enormous portion of fruits and vegges.....any time!

Eat a right, healthy, well-balanced, nutritious diet, to help you grow properly and healthily.
