Question: Why do fat people think food that says low in fat will make them lose weight!.!?
i used to work at a grocery store and i packed groceries!. and all the time i would see these fat MORONS come through and buy tons and tons of food!. but on these foods were labels like "low in fat!." like wtf u dumb tard your not going to lose weight that way!. like these chocolate bar thins and yogurt that is low in fat!. wtf!!!!!!!!!!! yogurt basically is fat! i dont understand these people!. someone explain !. i know fat people are not dumb!. im saying some of these people!. mostly the huge and gross fat ones!. do they not understand how unhealthy they are!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People buy into the lowfat BS because companies which produce such foods spends $$$ on advertising to inform them of the "benefits" of buying their products!.

Most people aren't educated on proper nutrition and don't make good health a priority in their lives, reasons why obesity is so epidemic today!. Food manufacterers are counting on this lack of knowledge and will exploit it (that's why I never trust the manufacturer of foods to give the good information)!. A diet of highly processed foods, no matter how "healthy" or "diet conscious" the manufacturer claims them to be, are a big culprit in obesity, along with sedentary lifestyle!.

What we eat is actually more important than simply cals in v!. cals out!. A balanced diet consisting of whole foods a person must prepare themselves is far superior than a diet consisting of packaged items intended for maximum shelf life, pure taste and convenience (a person who says they don't have time to prepare healthy foods needs to reprioritize their life - isn't one's health worth the effort!?)!.

Though I do believe people are too sensitive these days, you could be a little more tactful in your message and still get the emphasis across!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look Lower in fat usually means less calories!. And, no, they won't lose weight if they eat a ton of the crap!. But they are probably fat because of other bad eating habits that are society has made so easy today!. Like fast food, processed food and restraunts that serve nice and fattening foods!. And todays society people don't excersize either!. The eat way too big of portions, high fat meals, and not enough fruits and veggies!. Obesity is on the rise in america and has been!. Thanks to mcdonalds and burger king right down every corner you turn into town, and they are also a reason that healthcare is on the rise(because nobody eats healthy anymore and diabetes and heart disease are on the rise!.) And Im sure they understand exactly how unhealthy they are they are just ignorant(not stupid) onto how to get healthy!. So, therefore that is why they go in a grocery store trying to better their diet by buying lowfat food thinking that it will help them lose weight!. When actually its a calorie cut and excersize plan!. But like I said society has made us over eaters and lazy!. We work ourselves to death and don't make time for excersize because people are having to work more to get the same quality of living!. Food is on the rise to, and its cheaper to buy unhealthy food!. So, more and more americans and children are becoming obese, and very unhealthy!. And with all these fad diets that promise this and that you'll look like this, a lot of people just give up after failed attempts!. Instead of educating themselves on how their body works!. And by the way!. Non fat dairy is one of the five foods that you need in your diet everyday!. And the calcium and proteins in it are very nesassary in breaking down and burning fats!. Infact people that don't eat dairy tend to weigh more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
