Answers:
Arms:
1) do arm circles (starting out with small circles). what you do is stick your arms out all the way, keep them straight, and move them in a circular direction. start out doing circles frontward, backward, small circles, big circles.
2) holding the heaviest dumbell you're able to hold, place your arms on a flat surface (like a table), [parallel from eachother, shoulder-width apart], and move them backwards and forwards.
3) arm-wrestle with your friends.
4) go to the gym. they should have machines and material with instructions on them.
5) do push-ups. (or bent-knee pushups if you're unable to do pushups military style). [warning: if you're back starts hurting, stop immediately and rest with a heat-pack on your back].
do three sets of each exercise, 20 reps each.
as these get easier, challenge yourself by raising the amount of reps you do for each of these exercises.
Abs:
1) do sit-ups.
2) lay on your back, and put your feet together, and lift-your legs as far as possible. squeeze your stomach as hard as you can while you're doing this. [you may want to start out by bending your knees as you bend them first, to make it easier for you].
3) do squats (this will firm your stomach, butt, AND legs!). what you do for this is, stand up, place your feet shoulder-width apart, have your knees very slightly bend, then just squat down by bending your knees further [you should be in a position where your about to sit on a toilet seat]. then get back to your original position. repeat.
4) lay on your back and get into a ball position. using all your stomach might, throw yourself to the point where you are in a sitting position. repeat.
5) do leg-lifts [will help stomach, butt, and legs!]
6) do lunges [will help stomach, butt, and legs!].
7) go to the gym. they should have machines and other material with instructions on them to help you firm your stomach some more.
Diet:
You need to eat a healthy selection of food, drinks, and snacks.
Breakfast/Lunch -- I would personally suggest you to buy non-fat/skim milk, and Special K cereal. It's supposed to help you lose 6 pounds (i ended up losing 20). eat it for breakfast and lunch.
Dinner:
You may eat what you normally do for dinner. Just make sure it's low calorie/low-fat, and highly nutritous.
Snacks: Eat snacks from the brand Special K, eat fruit, carrots and ranch, etc.
Drinks: Chamomile tea, or green tea. Do not add sugar. And always drink water. I would reccomend you drink at least 8 glasses a day for healthiest results.
Other suggestions:
1) Go on long walks/runs. These should take 30 min. at the least.
2) Hire a nutritionist, fitness coach, or go to fitness programs to have someone help you shed weight.
3) If you have a severe obesity problem, visit your therapist ASAP. Please, do not take this personally.
4) Do yoga. This relieves stress, helps your health big-time, and helps you shed weight.
