Should I take Creatine to boost my workouts?

I'm 6'2, age 17, I weigh 150 pounds and am around 10% body fat. Soccer and Martial arts are the only two sports I play consistantly. Me and some friends are about to embark on a muscular workout schedule for the rest of the summer, is it a good idea to take creatine to help it along?

yes creatine is an excellent supplemento use because it is proven to work, i suggest using a post workout creatine for several reasons one your body is like a sponge and it will absorb it much more efficently, 2 you need carbs after your workouts so boosting your insulin will help drive the creatine into your muscle cells much more efficently and 3 you have depeleated much of the creatine already in your muscle cells,so it is good to immediately replenish them after your workouts, creatine will also with your endurance, it will in theory allow u to pump out more reps which therefore will give you an increase in strength, u seem from what u describe to be a very lean person i would recommend that u definately should start eating more, some good creatine i would recommend is cell tech or vitargo by nutrex both very good postworkout, along with your postworkout have a good big whey shake or a weight gainer(go with real gains) eat more often throughout the day because remember u do most of ur growing outside of the gym with what u eat, hope this helps
