Question: What to do tomorrow after i over-ate today!.!.!.workout also!. PLEASE helpp!.!.easy 10 points!!?
so i had about 1800 calories today in all!. half was good, half wasnt so good!. the half that was bad included 7 starbursts, fried chicken salad, and 3 bread rolls at o charleys!. yeah i know it sucked!. but i honestly have had between 1200-1400 calories everyday since sunday and i worked out intensely everyday!.

so i took a day off today and i over ate!.
but what do i do about it TOMORROW!.
is this okay!.!.=

get up whenever, eat cereal in skim milk and a 190 cal weight watchers muffin!.
run 3 miles, machines at the gym, 200 crunches, and an ab video!.

then eat dinner or whatever!.
then run 2 more miles and one more ab video!.

then if i havent had at least 1200 calories by then, ill eat healthy up to that 1200 cals so i wont store fat or anything bad like that!.

will that be okay for tomorrow to make up for today!? itll be about 2 extra miles than usual!. so thatll make up right!.!.!.!? ugh, and ill make sure not to eat after at least 8 since its a weekend!.

it sounds okay!. just make sure that if you begin to feel bad during you workout that you stop!. it is important not to overwork your body!. if you do that workout make sure that you have at least a day or two to rest before you workout againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Oh my freakin' God!!! Who the f*ck has you convinced you need to be so consumed with your weight!?

If you keep this up at your age, your height and your weight, you'll be anorexic by the time your 20!.
