Male,18 years old, about 6' 1", 175 pounds...i play soccer and i got that soccer body...i work out a lot, Im mostly in shape...my chest, abbs, everything is good, but I'm trying to gain more muscle weight!!! so if you can help, it'll be great!!!

make sure you eat enough protein, if you don't get enough protein from food, go to health store and buy whey protein power and creatine. take one before you work out and one after you work out. Lift heavy and lower the rep. 4-6 rep. per set. keep same routine for 4-8 week. and you will see the result, i guarantee it..
