I overdid sit-ups the otherday...and now my stomach hurts really bad. is there any way to ease the pain..?

it's now the 3rd day since i did them.

(it hurts so bad i'm [barely] walking around all bent up)

damn! how many did you do! lol, i would take an ibuprofen or advil. both help with muscle pain, and ibuprofen helps with swelling, if there is any abdominal swelling, idk. you may have pulled a muscle, and it will hurt, and it would definately suck to pull a stomach muscle, because there is no way to stop moving your stomach around. it's part of your everyday life. so if i were you, i would just try to take it really easy, and dont do anymore situps until the pain subsides completely. they should be sore for the next day or two after you work them out, but not as bad as your making it sound. so keep pushing yourself, but you just gotta learn to know when to stop! keep up the good work though! be careful!
