Is it bad to exercise when sore?!

Not necessarily!. You have to be very careful though because if you get hurt then you would have to heal before you could go back to your routine!. If you carefully balance yourself, like using less weight when you begin to get sore, then you can work through it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Where is your pain located!? I guess it would depend on the level of pain and location!. For me, I was doing sit ups daily (trying to work through the pain) and I had to stop because I couldn't even walk or breath without grunting!. I took a rest for about 5 days!. What a relief! I guess I should have done them every other day or every 2 days because now I feel I have lost time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.!.not at all, depends on what kind of exercise!.
You can walk in short distance, do some hot yoga, but you have to careful!.
Don't be overloaded and have to stop if you feel more painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah as my teacher says, "Listen to your body!." I dont think you should do it give it a rest!. and then resume!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
