How long will it take me to get muscle doing these 3 things?!


Question: How long will it take me to get muscle doing these 3 things!?
-Start at 100 sit ups!. Everyday I'll add an extra 20 sit ups to what I did the workout before (so like 100 monday, 120 wednesday, 140 friday!.) But I'll only do this 3 times a week!.
-Lift weights for 66 minutes 2 times a week (the next day I am ALWAYS sore!. Not in a bad way though!.)
-Cardio kickboxing for 44 minutes (using 2lb gloves on each hand), 4 times a week!.
-eat 1200-1500 cals each day

height: 5'3"
age: 14

Well your going to get muscle on your abs fast, but it is also important to give your muscles rest!. As far as your arms go you probably wont get results for months, it also depends on what kind of excercise you do for your arms, if you want muscle on your arms, there are two ways to get it, either you work arms very hard once or twice a week or you work them every day but light each day!. The reason you get sore is because your muscles are recovering which is very important to have!. I see you do heavy cardio, so for fater results you might want to have a bigger intake on calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
