Answers:

I'm thinking 1200 calories is optimal for you to continue losing weight. 50 minutes of vigorous exercise a day will be burning somewhere around 150-200 calories. Increasing your caloric intake is doing two things for you: 1) helping you to stave off that binge-producing hunger, and 2) giving your body the extra calories it needs in relation to the amount of exercise you're doing. Believe it or not, if you're exercising a lot but not increasing your calories (reasonably), you will actually cease to lose weight for a period of time. Your body, in a sense, thinks it's starving and begins to hold onto whatever fat reserves you have. So, just make sure you continue to eat enough (and enough of the right kinds of foods), and maintain your exercise regimine. Three days of binging isn't going to have that disastrous of an effect on you. You've gotten back on the wagon...that's the important thing. Good luck!
