Im 14 and not fat little big that is all !.
im 5ft 8/9 and weight 12stone 12 lbs which is 169 lbs
Im gonna go runnign for 20 mins a day and use my weights and running machine !.

Well running will help with legs, but I do 20 pushups every morning and 15 every night and I have a perfect stomach, weights will help with arms, so it matters what your looking to work on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
