Answers:
A cup of whole milk and a cup of nonfat milk have the same amount of protein--8 grams!. But the calorie difference is a lot!. The cup of whole milk is about 150 calories and of nonfat milk 80 calories--the difference is fat!. And that fat is saturated, which for health we need to eat limited amounts of!. If milk and cheese are your only sources of saturated fat and you eat them in moderation, no problem!. (Trouble is, most of us get more fat hidden in other foods!. Keeping a list of what you eat for a day or two can ensure that your assessment of your eating pattern is right!.) Good luck on your bodybuilding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
