Totally concur with the two posters above!. Don't ever let your weight tell you MORE about your body than your feelings!. If you can visually see some muscle tone, then you have nothing to worry about!. Muscles weighs a good amount more than fat, and if your body is putting on muscle, then you may see some weight gain!. Should you worry!? Absolutely not!. I see a lot of people that get thrown off balance by small weight gains, and they start eating less, etc!. It's a huge downward spiral and they undermine and slowly destroy all of their hard work and exercise!. Don't worry, just keep at your routine and soon you won't need that scale at all!. (Could just be water or food that hasnt been cycled out of your body!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscle is heavier than fat!. When you workout you build muscle!. Keep up your current routine and only weigh yourself once a week!. You should see a difference in a month!. Cardiac exercise and proper dieting is a key but it needs to be consistent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know exactly what this feels like, very frustrating but you can gain muscle weight!.!. muscle weighs more than fat, you may have lost fat weight (see if you lost inches) but have gained muscle!.!.!. Please reconsider your diet!.!. just eat everything in moderation doing a non carb diet or no meat diets are considered crash diets, eventually you will want a white food and gain all the weight back!. Do not make this torture on yourself you can have your bread, pasta, everything on the food pyramid its just all about moderation, burn more calories than you take in!. The fiber in breads and such will keep you from getting constapated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember that you will be gaining muscle in place of some of the fat!. It was a real shock to my system when I first started losing weight and didn't see the number coming off in pounds but I sure did in inches and such!. You take that trade sometimes!. I would rather have the muscle!. Don't focus on the pounds but instead on how your clothes feel on you and how you feel in general as opposed to when you had the weight on you, I think it will make a difference in you!. I only get on scales about once a month now and I still don't see the pounds decreasing greatly but I know I look and feel 100 % better and thats what I love! Good luck in your journey!Www@Answer-Health@Com
