Congrats on your attitude! I hate the word diet too lol!. Lots of girls at your age though get obsessed and end up doind stupid things!.

Well, since you exercise, you don't want to lose weight and you are an adolescent, you are actually eating less than you should!. You should eat as much as 2200 calories and I doubt if you went above 1700 any of these days!. Try eating 5 meals instead of 3+snack!. I mean eat something like a fruit with yoghurt or a small sandwich between both breakfast-lunch and lunch-dinner!. Spaghetti is not bad, however if you can go for whole grain pasta!. You should add veggies and fruit!. Try eating some salad with your lunch and dinner, or add veggies to your sandwich!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to increase your fruit and vegetable consumption!. You need to eat 6 small meals a day

Breakfast Oatmeal with blueberries or strawberries and a glass of skim milk

Mid morning snack Container of yogurt and a banana

Lunch Salad with a chopped hard boiled egg, shredded cheese, and a grilled chicken breast

Afternoon snack Celery with peanut butter

Dinner Grilled chicken breast, some brown rice, steamed brocolli, and a small salad

Evening snack sugar free jello or airpopped pop cornWww@Answer-Health@Com
