Which burns more fat, running or biking or swimming.?!


Question: Which burns more fat, running or biking or swimming!.!?
I only have time to do 2 of the 3 exercises @ the gym!. Which combination burns the most fat, especially when it comes to thighs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

running will build the most muscle!. i reccomend a trail tho!.
and long distances!.

swimming will burn the most fat!.

biking is a good excercize but if youre crunched for time its weak compared to long distance running!. it wont build strength like running nor will burn fat like swimming!.

your best bet may be swimming!. its a total body workout!!!

running and swimming, but why not do just swimming over the 2 sessions!? swimming is the best for losing weight, because as you are under water, you naturally tense your muscles, especially as the water is usually quite cold at a swimming pool!. also, you are constantly moving all parts of your body, your arms to push you along, your legs to keep you up, and your neck and spine to keep your head above water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think personally swimming will be the top but running will also do fine if you dont have access to pools!.

i mean when youre in water you dont even have to 'swim' and you already have to stay afloat, so you will use both arms and legs to do that, naturally burning lots of calories (which in turn = fat loss)!. also, it helps your breathing and builds stamina much more effectively than running!.

effectively swimming slowly and really stretching with every stroke will also help better your technique and even build muscles!. half an hour a day, maybe 2-4 times a week is already very good if you have regular access to a pool!.

be sure to do warmups and stretch a bit, you really dont want cramps when you swim they suck!. and also mind swimming etiquette if youre in a public/formal pool!.

swimming, running, than biking!.
swimming, you are working all your core muscles plus the muscles that we don't usually use!.
for running, although it may be rough on the knees, is effective at cardio!. But i heard that everytime you run, you are putting 3x more weight on your knees!.
biking is a good way because you can preform longer than that of swimming and running!.

Running burns the most!.!. then swimming!. I also love to run!.!. then swim!. It's a nice way to cool off !.!. but still work out :)

EDIT: I did some research after reading other people answers!. I was wrong!.

Swimming - moderate 317
Stationary Bicycle - moderate 366
Running 6 mph - 524 ( which is pretty moderate)

This is for a hour for a person who weighs 115!.!. but just will be the same ratio for some who weighs more or less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming will burn the most fat!. You can't burn fat in a particular area due to your work out, but you can tone those areas with exercise!. Fat kinda goes where it will!. You have a choice on where muscle and toning is concerned!. For your thighs do lunges!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is the best becuase you use every muscle of your body!. Between running and biking!. Running is better to burn that fat but bad for your joints!. Just make sure you have a good pair of sneakers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
