Work out Routine?

Ok i know that the "stars" use some really good kind of fitness routines to get in shape FAST for movies (for instance the guy in the first spider man movie who played PP). What i want to know is what routine and diet do they use? Someone please reveal the secret to others who cannot afford it. I am looking for an actual plan i can follow that will help me trim oh say 40 lbs and build some muscle mass pretty quick,In 3-4 months. As i am schizoaffective that is about the length of time i can stick with anything even on meds so it has to be something that will get good results fast I have stopped drinking sodas for about 2 months now ( lets hope that lasts).

Forget about those routines till u urself get similar assignments and when u can afford such routines.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
