to use creatine and be in a high school sport!? Will i be banned for using a type of steroid or something!?Because i been taking it but im not in a sport right now until winter and im just woundering so when i get drug tested ill no when to stop or w!.e!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

typically if a substance is not banned by the NCAA it's good to use at the high school level!. creatine is not on the banned list

Creatine is not illegal, hence it can be bought over the counter!.
You might also consider using glutamine (not banned, just an amino acid) to further aid you in your endevours!.
