Question: Objective to lose 55 pounds and be muscular in 1 month!?
What i really am looking for is some extreme workout tips for home since i cannot afford to go to gym right now, i am 5ft 9in and weigh about 240 and all of it is fat tissues, i would also appreciate if there is a low cost healthy diet link too since i also cannot afford to buy these expensive food!. just tell me some basic stuff for a leaner, muscular body with basic healthy foods which are not that expensiveWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just basic fruits and veggies! If you want to be healthy and fit, just eat a varied diet high in vitamins and carbs!. You need carbs and calories to support your body before, during and after workouts!

Just try to balance it out!. Don't make your life miserable counting and stuff!. Try to eat small servings of fattening foods because you will fail if you try to stop eating things you enjoy!.

Be prepared to stick to it to maintain your shape!. Muscle quick declines from inactivity!

Take it easy dude!. There's no *quick fix* to getting truly healthy!. It will only hurt you, and won't last long anyway!. Start working out, and LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Your body speaks to you!. Don't push it above what it can handly!. Don't starve yourself, you need food to think and workout!. Just as much exercise as you can handle, and advance as you can take more!. eat whole foods, (don't go off proteins and breads) and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables!. NOT GONNA HAPPEN! not in one month!.!. Try to lose 10 lbs a month!. OMG 55LBS you will starve your body and build not muscle!. If you a in poor shape now!.!.!.!.!. you should look at 30 min work at a moderate pace!. I don't know your age so try 60-70 per cent you max heart rate!. Then every week try adding 5 min to your work outs till you get to 90 min!. You need to eat right and get PLENTY of sleep!. Your body repairs its' self when you sleep!. Loosing 55 lbs is not easy and its NOT gonna happen overnight!.

Lots of walking, water and more fibre!. Try some push ups and crunches build it up slow!.
I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!. I can recommend one to you and I will post a link to my blog where I talk about issues like these at the bottom!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!. Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.

NO carbs, LOTS of Water!!! Lots of cardio and weight lifting, small weights lots of reps!.!.!.!. 1 month isn't healthy to lose that much that fast, but this will come pretty close, you'll lose fast if you have alot to lose!.Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
