I'm going to change my eating, but I don't like to work out...?!


Question: I'm going to change my eating, but I don't like to work out!.!.!.!?
I prefer doing things that I like to do!. To me, working out makes me feel even uglier, and that it's irritating that I have to work up a sweat for something that I hate!.
I Looooove to swim----I mean, you can't even get me out of the water, I'm so much of a fish!
What are some other fun things to do!? I like yoga, but I'm!.!.!.!.well!.!.!.!.not quite sure how to do it!.!.!. :(

It sounds a little like you have a bit of a inferiority complex about you!. When you sweat your body is just trying to cool itself down!. Think of it as your internal air conditioner!. It happens when you exercise!. It doesn't make you ugly!.
If you are in a gym!.!.!.everyone is sweating!.!.!.or they aren't working hard enough!. If they aren't sweating, they probably aren't going to see many results
Swimming is a good way to exercise your cardiovascular system!. But because of the boyancy from being in the water, there is less resistance, which means you will not be losing as much body weight as you would working out out of the water!.
Any thing that is active is an exercise!. What do you like to do!? Run!?, Walk!?, Bike!?,
If you are interested in Yoga, don't be affraid to try it!. Just make sure you go up to the instructor and introduce yourself BEFORE the session!. Make sure you tell them that you are new and could use their help in getting through the class!. They will be more than happy to help you and will feel even better about you because you told them you are new!.

Just enjoy yourself and have fun!. Don't be so caught up in how you look when doing it, just DO IT!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get fit and in shap you should adjust your eating like you said to increase your metabolism and energy burning so you can perform better and lose fat faster!.

I was able to lose up to 6 to 8 pounds a week and I can now do sports better than before!. I now can do more than 4 swimming laps without stopping since I started the diet and exercises!.

i heard bally has a swimming pool, you should join it or YMCA
you can learn to dance (hip hop)
play tennis
or ride a bike
if you dont sweat then you wont really lose weight, even in yoga you sweat a bit but not as much as playing tennisWww@Answer-Health@Com
