Question: My boyfriend has been working out with weights, taking boxing and mma!?
and has dropped 35 pounds and only needs to lose about 8 more to hit his target weight!. He has hit a plateau and is having trouble with that last 8!. I do the cooking and would like some suggestions for meals that would help him hit his goal!. He is not snacking, but I have been cooking pretty much whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to very fat for past 2 years;
This is my method and it's worked:-
1) Drink lime juice with a spoon of honey in early morning!.
2) Carbohydrate free, i stop eating all carbohydrate (bread and all sugar based), other than that we can eat everything!.
3) Drink water 2!.5 litter min!. each day!.
4) exercise 15 minutes a day!.
