I only train for 3 days a week... Is it bad if i had a whole body workout for 3 consecutive days in a week??

Answers:

Im pretty sure it would be. What I would do is go every other day, otherwise if you train 3 days in a row, you will work your body to much to quickly, and risk serious injury.
