there is calculation formulas..
your age, weight, height and your gender are the parameters..
so different for anybody..
1 pound of fat is about 453 grams of fat
1 gram of fat is 9 calories to burn
so to burn 1 pound of fat you need to burn about 4080 calories..
7 pounds makes it about 28600 calories..
three weeks..9525 calories a week and 1360 calories a day..
so you need to burn 1360 calories more a day or eat that amount less
my advice burn one third of it by sport like doing Aerobics even in low impact would be enough for about that amount
dont have one third of that calories..you could see how much calories your foods are in the charts on the web (like a banana is about 175 calories..so like 2 or three banana amount of food you would be enough like or a cup of ice cream less or less juice..i dont know what u eatin..you decide not to eat..)
the rest your metobolism would take care..(cause you would be made it work faster when you do sports..so it burns more automatically after you do aerobics;even while you are sleeping..)
