Question: Master cleanse diet!.!!?
what is the master cleanse diet, how do you do it!? what does it consist of!. i've been trying to look it up but all i get are like testimonials and the think to the book!. i dont want to by the book i just want to find it online!. can someone give me a link or give me some infoWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried the master cleanse diet!. It consists of making a certain type of lemonade, salt water, and laxative tea and eating nothing but those three things for 10 days!.

In the morning, down 2 pints of salt water, or as they say, a quart of salt water with Iodized sea salt!.

Then you make the lemonade!. The lemonade consists of

2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice NOT BOTTLED JUICE!! (approx!. 1/2 lemon),
2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup,
1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and
1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water, NOT fluoridated water!.

That's basically your food for ten days straight!. You drink that throughout the day whenever you get hungry!. Then at night right before you go to bed, you drink your choice of a laxative tea!.

Apparently it works, I tried it and I couldn't do the salt water!. It kept coming back up!. I also hate tea, so that kept coming back up, too!. The Lemonade was allright, tasted a bit TOO much like the syrup if you ask me!. Most of the ingredients you can get from your local organic foods store ( whole foods, whatever )!.

The one thing I found with this is that it doesn't make it so you're not hungry, it just makes it so that you forget about the hunger!. Also, I really hated putting the pepper in the lemonade, so that could also be why it had no appetite supression for me!.
