Question: Any tips for gaining more muscle!?
Im playing basketball right now In my senior year and Im about 6 foot 175 pounds!. However, I need to get stronger because I play the 2 guard and sometimes forward!. I'm thinking that I should get up to 190 pounds!. I need the extra strength so I won't get knocked off balance when grabbing rebounds over taller and bigger players!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
