Question: POLL; do you think a girl like me should get a 6 pack!?
before you say six packs look gross on girls, i dont mean one that is totally visible - I mean the kind that is hidden until flexed!. And should I get a six pack like that!? I am 14, 100 lbs!. 5'1", and very thin, but right now I have a bit of a belly, but Im trying to flatten it out, but shouldI also try for a hideable six pack!? what would the advantages and disadvantages be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok so I'm not a guy, but I went through the same thing you are, be toned and have a nice feminine six pack, or stay natural!. Some girls disagree with me, but I feel that having abs widens the appearance of my hips because my stomach is flat, and I really like that!. You should try running/jogging to achieve this goal, because you are losing weight, and not directly strengthing your abs but still working them!. Do some crunches, but don't let them be the main focus!. If you want a flat stomach, its important to eat better, eat more protein also, or you will have abs over a layer of fat and your stomach will not be flat!. I think feminine abs are beautiful on a girl, she still looks girly, but also very hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
