Question: Junk food Vs!. being thin!. please help! 10 points!?
Well I fuc*ed up!.!.!.we bought junk at the store!.!.!.like a million M&M variety packs, really good brownies!.!.!.and I think that's it!.somewhat Healthy stuff I got was gum lol,90 cal special k bars,dried prunes,100 cal packs, WW bread,apples,soy beans!.!.ect!. But I haven't fuc*ed up YET! I have only eaten 1 egg today, diet coke and an apple!. I need to learn moderation!!! How can I enjoy this junk in moderation!? I always eat and eat!.!.!.and eat

workout and then treat yourself to something SMALL lik maybe some m&ms or a chocolate bar etc!.

And if you are feeling really hungry, grab an apple or fruit or vegetable and drink lots of water to get your mind off junk and feed your hungry tummy!.

And if theres no possible way to not eat the crap, don't buy any!. Because if theres no junk you'll be forced to eat the healthy stuff, and you'll lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat very slowly and concentrate on the food, set aside what you will eat and then only eat that!. hide the food if you have too (out of sight, out of mind) good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The simplest answer to enjoying junk food while being healthy is to follow this plan:

6 days a week you eat very healthy

Soda is a huge problem!. Even diet soda is fattening!. Although, Coca Cola is doing a lot of R+D on this stuff, and their Coke Plus is actually worth a purchase!. Don't buy soda at all, and if you do, buy the small 8oz cans, not the regular size cans!.

As for the rest of the junk food, take it back to the store, or if you opened it, give it to a friend or neighbor!. Just get it out of the house and your sight/smell now!. I find it so much easier to stay in a healthy mindset when I don't even buy junk!. Now the trick is avoiding it in the store!.

Anyhow, it seems you can maintain a healthy diet pretty well!. Just remember Fruits and veggies the most, followed by protein (avoid beef, pork and lamb), then carbs, then starches, then fats/sugars/dairy!. And plenty of water, though not straight from the tap, as it's been shown recently that American tap water can degenerate your mental health over a lifetime!. And sleep enough to feel full of energy during the day, but sleep only when it's dark, otherwise you'll confuse your internal systems, and it plays havoc with your health, memory, energy, immune system, social skills, etc!.

Oh, just remembered, eat of off blue dishware as often as possible!. Psychologically, eating off of blue dishware gives you a satisfied full feeling much sooner!. Red tends to make you ravenous for more food, and white is pretty neutral!. Throw out any huge-*** dishes, eat off smaller dishes it affects your appetite too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
