I'm fat and ugly....?!


Question: I'm fat and ugly!.!.!.!.!?
K i weight around 140 lbs, im 5'4 and i have like a few pimples!.!.!.!. i wear eyeliner, and i cover the pimples so they arent seen at all!. My friends say im not fat or ugly but guys say i am all the time!. ever since i moved to this new school i started saying i was fat and ugly a lot more than i did b4!. i have had 15 bfs at my old school and 1 at this school!. i guess my friends believe that when i first got here they guys were staring at me!. I said it was cause theve nev er seen someone so fat!. WHO CARES IF UR FAT ANYWAY!! Well, how can i get guys to like me!? or even how can i loce 20 lbs in 2 months!. exercise isn't an option cause im not allowed outside after school soo!. First of all!.!.!.you are not fat !.!.!.!.& you're not ugly!.!.!.!.you just feel that way bcz you don't meet your own expectations!.
Secondly, "alynsta"'s Answer is EXACTLY what you should listen to!. I've been grossly overweight!.!.and who ever said that about big boob was (sadly) right on the money! Boys/men are so BASIC!!. When I was I hated myself, I hated my hair, and I hated my life! I wanted to throw myself under a bus (j/k), cut my hair off (done it 3 times!) and end my life!.!. I now no longer entertain those ideas!.!.!.bcz I know the feeling of self-loathing is tied to the urgency to lose pounds!. I'm older now and have different reasons for disliking myself, altho' the weight one is still a problem with me!. I'm moving in with a man I've known my whole life, in a few months!. We don't want to be married for many reasons!.!.!.but we'd like to be there to take care of each other!. He & I were looking at women who used to be like Jessica Simpson & Angelina Jolie back in the 60s, 70s!.!.!.even the 1950s; and I said something negative about myself and he came down on me HARD!.!.!.saying this:
No, it wouldn't bother me to see them as they are now!. Everyone ages and gets out of shape & stuff!. Everything ages!. Have you ever noticed how much more beautiful the trees become in the fall when they show their colors!? When I see the pictures of me when I was young, to my surprise I suddenly reaized that I was once not bad looking, and I had a full head of hair!. I didn't realize it at the time because I thought I'd be young forever!. Now when I look in the mirror at this old man with bags under his eyes and thin hair and love-handles, I see a tree in the fall with beautiful red and golden leaves!. Because that's what I choose to see!. Beauty is something you are, not what you look like!.
Now sweetie you remember those words>>Beauty is what you CHOOSE to see !.!.!.& something you ARE (inside your heart & soul)!.!.!.not what you look like!.
Please be kind to yourself!.!.!.you are your own best friend!!.!.!.Remember too something that was told to me when I said something about not having a man!.!.!.I was asked to look at "so&so"!.!.!.she was fat, but clean & BEAUTIFUL!.!.!.and she SMELLED wonderful ALL the time!!.!.!.and she always had several men vieing to get her to choose them!. I was told I needed to try being a little MORE "needy" like she did/does!.!.!.!.& that I wasn't needy enough!.!.!.!.and you know what!? it works!.!.!.bcz the reason this guy that said those words above!.!.!.the reason heand I are going to be together in a couple of months, is bcz I NEEDED help!.!.!.and guess what!? He offered his hand to help me! So, it's true!.
Buy yourself a dress that's fitted above your bust, falls off the bust & is flowing and full but NO gathers to the hem!.!.!.and is fitted on the shoulders and chest!. Buy yourself a good bottle of perfume (Drug Store is fine! Try Ross' EXCELLENT PRICES); always be clean and have your makeup on!.!.with your perfume (strong & floral-like but not overpowering!) and make your hair clean and smelling yummy!.!.!.and then don't forget to be!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.NEEDY!.!.!.(not too much!.!.!.!.just enough to flatter the guys you care above, and enough to make them feel like they could just help if you asked for it!.)!.!.!.Tell me guys!?!.!.!.don't you prefer a woman/girl who needs you, as opposed to one who's too independant!?---doesn't that type SCARE you!!?!

In your room, do some sit ups!. like 200 everyday!. Dont eat too much sugars!. try to snack on fruit!. To get rid of acne try some Noxima!. You can find it in krogers!. it works very well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well guys are dumb and only want those stick figured people they see on t!.v or in a magazine!. Nobody is really "fat" and if guys tell you that don't lower your self confidence!. You will find a guy that will like you for you not what you look like!. If you need help with weight, I lost around 20ish pounds in 2 months and all i did was try to eat around 1500 calories a day but i ended up eating around 700!. So if you do that and even just walking around or doing P!.E!. you should lose some weight!. But weight isnt really the problem!.!.!.!.!.!.its the guys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't define yourself by your looks or your popularity!. Do you like to draw, write, design websites, other hobbies!? Find things you enjoy in life, and just have fun!. Don't care what other people think!. Honestly, people are most attracted to other people who really don't care what people think, and so they don't come off as "needy"--so try to act confident, even if you don't feel it, and eventually you may become confident!. Be happy with yourself!. Pretty is just as much about attitude as looks!.

Think about your health, not your weight!. It may not seem to matter a lot when you are young, but when you get older, the more you took care of yourself in your youth, the better off you are!. honey, i think you are going through a stage that every girl goes through!.!. i used to think that i was the fatest person ong the planet!.!.!. ppl at school called me a 2 seater once (my *** couldn't fit in one seat!?) but i just learned that no matter what, it' what's inside that counts!. pimples are just puberty!.!.!. i had acne a few monthes ago, i switched a new acne cleanser and now it's gone!. i still have one here and there around tests, but it's all normal!. guys are immature most of the times!. do you ever think that they are jealous that they can't have you!? just maybe take your mind off guys for a while and just!.!.!. hang with your friends and live life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

#1 Dont focus on crazy diets !.!.!. look at the food pyramid but cut back on potatoes, rice, and pasta; replace them with starchy vegies like peas, corn, and the like

#2 Restrict yourself to 1 treat of take out food or pre-made food per week !.!.!. the rest of the week actually cook & make and effort to eat healthy !.!.!. if there is a food/emotional dependancy problem seek professional help

#3 Be carefull with make up !.!.!. remember more is less when it comes to make up!. Try adding a little glow to your look with Sunless Tanning Lotion & Moisturizers (i!.e!. Jergens)

#4 Look for fun in your life !.!.!. don't let computers and TVs steal your life away!.

#5 Start working out !.!.!. If you dont have the time, start with 1 core exercise and do it each morning and evening!. You will be surprised what even a little bit of exercise will do!.

#6 Bring music into your life !.!.!. especially when working out!.

#7 In many ways become your friends !.!.!. give the negative people in your life an ultimatum & leave them behind if needed!.

#8 Find a dream !.!.!. what do you want to do with your life!. Numbers 1-7 wont mean a thing unless you have a greater purpose

#9 Get the right underware!. Go to places like Fredericks or Victoria's Secrets!. The right bra and a good form shaping pair of underware will do wonders!. Some women even go a step further with a bit of light corseting (a little more extreme, but better than the surgeries many ladies are putting themselves through)

#10 Get yourself to a weight where you are comfortable at and be happy!.

If you are fine with your extra pounds, but still have issues and it is still a guy thing (this sounds rude but true) you might think about consider breast implants!. The truth is, Most guys will look at a heavy girl & still be attractived to her if she has big boobs!. (a sad reality)

I still think that healthy eating & being active is most important, but the other intangables are just as real if they stand in the way of your happiness!.

if you have stairs start running up and down them just get yourself in shape but do it for you nobody but for yourself OK !. put some music on and dance!. get some soup cans or whatever is around the house and use those as your weights!. if you can get a jump rope!. wall push ups and some crunches and make sure that you do eat just watch the potions that you eat stay away from juices and you have on line look up a healthy diet for a young person don't go on any fad diets !. I am not sure if any of these links will help be careful just look at them and check them out ! the teen Central helpline can at least give you some resources if you call or some safe web sites to look at for safe ways to lose some weight, and if you are close with one of your parents you can ask them to take you to your Doctor and he can tell you if you need to lose weight how much and maybe give you a program to fallow good luck honey i have been there so i know how you feel and just remember that you area great person and hold your head up high OK! boys will be boys even Tyra Banks was made fun of by boys and she asks them now on her show would you date me now huh!. take care TWww@Answer-Health@Com
