I have just a fatty belly for which i eat very controled diet and am doing yoga and sometimes walking too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you are at a pretty good weight! You can lose maybe 12-15 pounds and tone up a bit, but you are not fat at all! I have been so many different weights and I am also 5'3! When I was 15 I got down to 105 because I got a bad sinus infection and I was on the cheerleading team!. I felt so bouncy and small, but the weight came back on within a year or so, and I got up to about 120!. After I graduated high school, and also got on the birth control pill I got up to about 135!. I started to feel a bit overweight when I got above 130, but I was just not used to that weight!. NOW, I would DIE to go back to 135! I shot all the way up to 170!! I know, its BAD!! So, feel good at the weight you are! lol! I am trying to lose the extra weight now, and I feel like I have such a long journey ahead of me, but Im excited about it! If you are happy then you are fine! If it makes you feel better than maybe you should make your exercise routine a little more intense than it is now!. Keep doing your yoga, but do more cardio and do more weight lifting!. Exercise for at least 45 minutes 5 days a week, and you will lose a little weight and also tone up!. I would only aim for about 6-10 pounds, and you will feel so much more better about yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur height and weight seems fine!. if u have a little belly work on it and it doesn't mean ur overweight!. also it seems u have some self-esteem issue and u should work on that too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
