Weight loss. am i fat lol?!


Question: Weight loss!. am i fat lol!?
i am 5 " 6 and weigh 182!. I know I am fat but what should my normal weight be!? I want to be thin and need to set a goal weight!.

Also its very hard for me to get in a diet because my family easts alot and fattening food also!. For example hamburgers, enchiladas, meat, mexican food, tortillas, beans, cheese etc!.!.

Does anyone know a way to throw up food!? Because its hard to follow my normal diet when i have to eat so much at lunch time!.

your average weight should be around 152-160 unless you have more muscle than fat, but the average is152-160 and tops 170,

yes mexican food is very fattening, unfortunatlely i sued to eat alot and was very over wieght

and i dont suggest throwing up, (do more cardio) but if you do put alot of salt in warm water and drink it, or stick a finger or spoon in your throatWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm roughly around your height, maybe 5"7' tho, but I'm only around 130lbs!.

It's a bit thin, I've been trying to shoot for about 10 more lbs (of muscle hopefully =P) which will seem about right!.

If you want my advice, leave your fat loosing to a good jog!. NEVER plan how much you're going to run, or how long you should run!. Put on some good music, and run around your neighborhood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes uu are somewhat fat!. But u have to resist some temptation if you want to eat all those stuff mentioned!. But if you cannot resist temptation then learn to balance it out with regular gyming and exercising!. Use the stairs instead of an elevator or go walking or cycling instead of using a car or bike!. Sorry to hear that!. I am currently way overweight too and trying to get back into shape!. Start with not eating what your family eats!. Salads and fruit are safe as long as you dont go crazy on the dressing!. Also if your not excercising at least 1 hour a day you are in trouble!. Good luck loosing weight!

Ok so if you r gonna loose weight do me a favor and do it a healthy way!. dude!.!.!. seriously!.!. Anywho well change your diet it isnt gonna happen over night but slowly you can see a huge change in your diet set a goal!. And actually do it!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't throw up food!

i can see why it'd be hard, but exercise some self control!. avoid snacks if all possible, and lowering yoru calorie intake by a couple hundred each day could definitely help! exercise would also be niceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unless your family is feeding you and has a fork down your throat don't get that food!. Just make your own food and get on a exercise regimen!. You should find a weight you are happy with!. Focus on being health not thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

and i really don't think your fat! if you exercise and eat veggies and fruits and then you still be able to eat that bad stuff every once in a while! exercise if u want start slow walk for a hour and eat before 8 no snacks later after 8!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this problem, so I did something about it!.
I ate all i wanted and just went to a gym every day
In like 6 weeks I went from being a fatty to being ripped as f***

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day

3!. drink only water,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts

6!. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like

7!. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too!.!.!.

8!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions

9!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

throwing up the food would only make it worse!. You have to remember the acid will not only hurt your stomach but your thoat walls as well!. (I am reffering to the Stomach Acid)

How many sit ups can you do!? 10 that's great! Me 10 and I am a size 5/6!. What kid of excercise do you like!? Low arobics would be good for you while I like to ride my bike!. Do you see where I am going with this!? You can not compare your body weight with family or friends or havenots!.
You have to do what is best for you!.
Make a list of the type of excises you would be willing to try!. And then do it!. If after some time you realize it's not for you give up and try something new!.

Here is something easy!. Walking up and down steps!. (20)
Later afterwards it seems like a piece of cake!. Run up and down 20 steps!. Sit up in the morning!. (10) walking 10 minutes/20 minutes after every meal!. After several months of conditioning your body of moderate excercise then you can progress to the advance stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Google "BMI calculator" and put in your height and weight and it will tell you how much you should weigh to be "healthy"
The best thing to do is eat healthy and exercise!. You should be consuming 5-6 servings of fruits and 5-6 servings of vegetables, then 3-4 servings of whole grains, then dairy and meat is optional!. I lost a lot by cutting meat and dairy out of my diet!. If you can't get away from the fattening food, know that you're going to be at a much higher risk of heart disease which is the number one killer of people in America!. So for your health and quality of life it is important to try to eat healthier!. When you do have to eat fattening beef, pork, cheese, creamy dishes, fried foods etc (all very bad BAD foods), consume very small portions!.
Throwing up is a really bad idea and can cause a lot more problems, like hair loss, tooth decay, oral sores, chronic gastric reflux after eating, heart problems, etc!.
Healthy food, exercise, and less than 2000 calories / day is your ticket to weight loss my friend!. and never underestimate the power of water!. When you feel like snacking, drink a large glass of water!. Fills you right up!.
