While on Weight Watchers?!

Question:

While on Weight Watchers?

Is there a limit to how much cooking spray I can use in one day(I use around 20 sprays a day)? Should i be counting this as 1 or 2 points?

Also when it comes to 0 point foods does it stay 0 points when you use more? for example green beans or beats for 1 cup it says 0 points then what if I eat 2 cups? will it still be 0 points? And for corn starch it says 0 points for 1 tsp, what if I use 2 tbsp?
Thank you for taking the time to answer.

Answers:

I was on weight watchers and loved it. One of the things that it focuses on is portion sizes.

The 0 point foods stay at 0 points, but it would be better for you to only eat the one cup of green beans or beats.

When I was on weight watchers one of the hardest things for me was controling my portion sizes. I used to walk around with a bag of baby carrots and think that I could eat unlimited amounts of them becuase they have no points. The problem was that when I did let myself have something like popcorn or some light pringles, I wanted to eat all of those too!!

Sticking to the measurments and serving sizes that they suggest would be the best idea. You can have 2 cups of greenbeans in one day though! ...maybe what you can do is have one cup...wait an hour or so and if your still not satusfied go for it and have the other cup. It'll give your body a little time to digest the first cup and decide if you really need that second cup

(And of course on weight watchers you need to meet your fruit and veggie requirements for the day, so it wouldnt be such a bad thing to go and have that other cup. Most vegetables are 0 points no matter how much you have)

Good luck. I completely loved weight watchers and it was the only diet plan that i was successful on. (I should really consider going back)..

And I wouldnt worry about the cooking spray. If the bottle has nutrition facts and a serving size perhaps you COULD figure it out. If it says "Serving size 1 spray" and "10 calories per serving" if you use 20 sprays per day that would = 200 calories at the end of the day. You could use the little point calculating slider thing to figure out how many points that would be.
