Answers:

i LOVE water... i hate sodas and everything..

But i understand the pain your going through with the constant peeing.

They say its best to drink most of your daily water requirements in the morning (I guess becuase your body goes all night with none)...I'm not really sure why thats said.

Maybe that would be good for you. Say you drink 8 glasses of water per day..maybe think about having 5 or 6 of them before noon/1pm.

Also, You say you go to bed at 10 (thats the same time I try to get to sleep)...so maybe you could try drinking your last glass of water around 5pm/6pm. That way you might be able to get most of it out of your system by the time you have to go to sleep. It all depends on your body so you might have to expariment with that.

As far as how long it'll take you to see clearer skin, I dont think anybody can really tell you that. It depends on how dehydrated your skin was...

I know people must think it sounds crazy to drink water for healthy skin - but when I dont drink as much water as i normally do, i break out!

Water is so important for so many different reasons. Good luck, and good for you for making the change. ((If the water gets boring you could try cutting a lemmon up and adding a little squeeze of lemon to your glass. It gives it a fresh taste BUT IT WILL MAKE YOU GO TO THE BATHROOM MORE and lemon isnt really good for your teeth and such. But doing it once in a while wont hurt)
