Find out what your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is!. That is the amount of calories your body burns to sustain your life even if you were to sleep in a 24hr period!. Go to www!.my-calorie-counter!.com and go to the tools and use their free BMR calculator!. In order to lose weight you need to eat less than your BMR, inorder to gain weight, you need to eat more, and inorder to sustain your weight you need to eat that same amount!. Ok!. So, cut 500 calories from your BMR!. the average is usually around 2000 but would vary by your sex, age, height, and activity level!. But if it were 2000 you would eat 1500 cals a day!. This would create a calorie deficit of 500 a day!. Times that by 7 days and that is 3500 calories which is equal to one pound of fat a week!. Now you need to excersize!. walking is really good!. And by walking you will burn more calories, create a bigger deficit and lose a little more weight a week!. YOU don't want to lose more than 2!.5 pounds a week though!. Plus excersize makes us even more healthier!. Now your diet needs to be healthy and balanced!. No junk food, processed food, fried food, white flour, cokes, or sweets!. Eat lots of veggies, fruits, dark leafy greens, whole grains, 3 servings of low fat dairy, handfull of nuts or seeds, green tea, and lean meats and fish!. Drink 8 cups of water a day with fresh squeezed lemon in it!. And get 8 hrs of sleep, no less and no more!. Keep a food journal every day!. And record your weight once a week!. And trust me you will feel good and better than ever eating healthy and excersizing like this because you aren't contaminating your body with such uhealthy foods that are full of fat and sodium and sugar that are killing americans every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there are lot of ways to lose weight, A good work out with a small little diet should give you a result in a couple of months!. Its not easy, prepare yourself for it before you start :) decrease on carbs and have a lot of proteins :)Would recommend going to a gym that has a good trainer!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take just a sugar less tea in morning, 2 rotis in break fast, 2 rotis in lunch and 2 rotis in dinner!. Being office goer I hardly have time for exercise!. I ve reduced weight by 5 Kgs over 10 days period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
