Im under weight?!


Question: Im under weight!?
im 25 years and two weeks ago i weighed myself and was 9 stone!. within a week gained a half a stone which i was pleased about, but this week i expected to be 10 stone but sadly i havnt budged on the scales what has happened there ive been eating loads!. im about 5 10 what weight should i be at for my ageWww@Answer-Health@Com

All people are different!. If you do a physical job like hod carrying you wont put weight on!. We all have different metabolisms but if you are worried see a doctor as you could have diabetes!. I was the same for years in my twenties only weighing 10 stone but as you get older and slow down you cant help but put it on!. You only have to have a good meal and a drink to put weight on so dont get worried if you loose it again!. Thats not dramatic weight lossWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) !.!.!.!.i forget how you calculate it but look it up online!. It basically tells you if you're the right weight for your height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
