Boyfriend has bulimia?!

Question: Boyfriend has bulimia!?
My boyfriend and I have been together for 2yrs!. A while ago (5 months ago) I told him that I used to have unhealthy eating patterns, usually starving myself, then binge eating followed by purging!.

My bf is self concious about his weight and has now started to binge eat and purge!. I have told him how unhealthy it is for him physically and emotionally, and he tells me he will stop but he keeps doing it!.

I'm not sure if it would be called bulimia, or on the verge of it!. How can I help him if he wont see anybody about it because he doesnt think he has a problem!.

He also blames me for him getting this disorder, saying 'you introduced me to it'!. Yet I was only telling him how I went through a bad stage in my life and was at my lowest weight!. Its not fair that he blames me, what can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Get him help!. It's not your fault!. He made the decision!. Show him the effects of this!. Rotting teeth and enamel erosion, gastric reflux and tearing of the esophagus lining, electrolyte imbalance leading to death!. I know it is a hard addiction to break and are always tempted bc you can no live without it!. Good for you for being strong and not reverting back to this!. You need to help him and be supportive don't get mad when he slips up you should understand and be sympathetic!. If it continues maybe you could go to a psychologist with him!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is completely unfair from him to blame you!.
People only do what they want and they can't blame others for their choices!. It is absolutely ridiculous!
Anyways, if he is not listening to you have him call the eating disorder hot line to get information!. Print information and attempt to show him how horribly he is harming his body!
Get him to accept his problem so that he can get help, because he is the only one who can make it happen!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bulimia is not a bad as you would think!. Thank god he's not got cancer and only has a month to live! Get him help!. NOW!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
