I really need to loose the weight..?!


Question: I really need to loose the weight!.!.!?
I weigh 72kg now!. i need to loose 17kg by July 20th!.
[double kg, ish and you have lbs]
If i do, i get a whole room makeover, new clothes, and a hot bod! aha

cut out all snack foods and no sodas!.!.!. not even diet sodas they don't work!.
Get every food group in all your meals!.!.!. proportions are key to a healthy lifestyle!.!.!. a good proportion is 32 bites per meal!.!.!. Drink water or %100 juices at all meals!. Do little things to burn off calories like walking everywhere you go instead of taking the bus or driving!. Crunches always helped me too!.
Most important thing is to not starve yourself or do something stupid like only eat salads!.!.!. this will screw up your metabolism and you'll end up gaining the weight back twice as fast!.

Hi, I need to loose the same until about the same date - although I will only get the hot bod then!.and will be able to swap the fat girl jeans for my slim jeans!.!.!.
Unfortunately I am realizing that this is not going to happen!. The most that can be lost until July 20th is about 10kg (1kg per week) If you starve yourself more than that you will gain twice as much back!. To achieve this you need to have a negative energy balance (food intake vs!. excersize) of 1000cal per day!.
