How do you stop procrastinating for working out and going to the gym?!


Question: How do you stop procrastinating for working out and going to the gym!?
i'm ugly and i need to work out and have been planning to work out but haven't gotten around to itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Set up a certain time and days of the week to go!. Treat it like an unbreakable appointment!. Or do this with a friend and it will make you more accountable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just make a quality decision to "go" and once you say to yourself that you're going, do it! No turning back!. It's normal to not 'feel like going' it's been said that "people get inspired while doing" (or motivated) not always BEFORE they start something like going to the gym, sometimes just driving there or sitting/standing on the piece of workout equipment will inspire you =)
But procrastination is one of the worst things people deal with!. It can effect every single area of your life if you let it, you just need to decide that your body isn't the one in charge, YOU ARE!. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak :)
Someone once said that!. !.!. So true, huh!? :)
But yeah, it's really just a matter of when you say you're going to do something, do it!. You gotta start somewhere!. If you let things 'slide' here and there soon you'll do it in other areas of your life and believe me, you don't want that to happen! :)

don't say your ugly!. You need to ask yourself the question:Why do I procrastinate in the first place!? and learn tyo overcome that procrastination if that doesn't help get a picture off the internet of the ugliest and fattest thing you've ever seen and paste it on your wall of whereever you will see it and realize if you don't go to the gym you will turn into that!. It does help!.
