a 27 waist is not too big, not at all, 140 is not fat, but it is big for that height, HOWEVER, I obviously have never seen you but there are many girls, and judging by the compliments you get, that can easily make that work, so I think from what I read that you sound just fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
