Is this meal plan healthy , and how much weight will i loose ?!


Question: Is this meal plan healthy , and how much weight will i loose !?
Every day !.!.!.
Meal 1 !.!.!.!. Cereal with semi-skinned milk
Snack!.!.!.!. fruit
Meal 2 !.!.!.!. Sandwhich , with brown bread and low fat colesaw
Meal 3 !.!.!.!. Tuna Sala OR Soup OR jacket potatoe with cheese
Drink !.!.!. Water , Green Tea or diet soda
I will snack on fruit or breakfast bars

And i will go on cross trainer 1hour a day !.!.!. maybe more
I do 8,000 to 10,000 steps aday
and i do leg exercises on Gym Ball ( about 10 mins)

So is it healthy !?
How much weight will i loose in 2 months !?

it really depends on what size you are to begin with if you are petite allready then you won't lose a lot of weight nor should you, you don't want to be to thin it is unhealthy, but if you have 20 lbs to lose then Id say you should be able to lose it in two months!. just remember it is important to eat food from all food groups every day make sure you get pleanty of protein and carbs if you are going to work out so much, and take a multivitamin, because a lot of the time we eat because our bodies ar lacking specific nutrients!.

sounds very good try to change to soy milk its better for u and make sure the brown bread is 100% whole wheat!.!.!.!.!.but eating and doing what u said u probably can loose 2lbs week and thats healthy but u shouldnt lose more then 2 a week thats not good so probably 16lbs in 2 months !.!.!.!.good luck to yaWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm sounds pretty good to me! Just make sure you are eating atleast 1300 calories a day day- to keep your metabolsim up!

I say you could lose about 20 pounds in two week!.!. but lot of different things matter besides diet and exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you would have to take into account how many calories your taking in and how many you burn a day!. i would think that's to little food even without doing exercises!. if you eat very little you will actually gain weight because your body thinks that it might be a will before you get food so instead of burning the fat that your eating it will try and store it(the same is true when you put your meals to far apart the ideal would be to have maybe 4 or 5 smaller meals!. that way you also keep a pretty constant blood sugar level)!. and once you leave the diet you will probably gain back the weight because of what i just mentioned about your body trying to store fat!. eat healthy in normal quantities and do exercise(but don't push yourself to hard) that's the key!. o and one last thing don't eat tuna everyday they tend to store heavy metals in there bodies like iron which can be bad for you if you eat tuna a lot for long periods of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
