Question: How can I lose 12 lbs by June 15th!?
I'm going to the beach for a week, as part of a mini-vacation!. I already bought my string bikini!.!.!.And so I was wondering how I can lose 12lbs by June 15th!. Everyone says I'm skinny, but when they see me in a bikini, they say, "well!.!.!.you could lose like 10lbs!.!.) (So did my doctor!. He didn't say I HAD to, but I want to!. And he wasn't being rude about it!.)

14, 5'3", 130 lbs!. I'm NOT willing to do jogging, but I AM willing to lift weights and do kickboxing!. ****Please tell me how many cals I need to burn per day, and how many cals I need to eat per day!. Thanks!.****Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOu have about 1 month to do this!. Forget about the numbers, dont even look at a scale!. Stick to kickboxing and tone up your muscles!. The cardio in kickboxing will help drop the pounds and the actual exersize will tone up your body!. Try doing about 10-15 minuts of streaching followed by 5-3 minut rounds of intense kickboxing(meaning break a sweat)
Afterward find a piece of furniture to where you can chamber your leg and extend your leg into a full kick holding it for a count of 3!. Try doing about 5 sets of 10 reps each leg!. This will burn and it will tone your legs big time!. Stick to doing crunches and the biggest thing is clean up your eating!. Eat strict high protien meals everyday and try to streach it out to 5-7meals eating every 2-3 hours!. One person said no eating after 7pm , this is a good general rule!. Also allow yourself one day a week say on Sunday to eat whatever in moderation!. This will trick your metobolic rate and keep it high to burn stored fat!. You have to keep your carbs low to burn fat!. Every time you eat carbs, your body burns this first as energy and then it burns stored fat!. If you remove many-not all carbs your body will start to burn the fat instead!. Try to eat baked broiled steamed or grilled!. Try boneless chicken breast, salmon, tuna, lean beef!. by lookin at your pic!. id say you shouldnt have to lose weight to look good but if you insist id say that you do eat right and on top of kickboxing as your form of cardio do an extensive AB workout every day and do circut weight trainingWww@Answer-Health@Com

you need at least 1200 calories per day-- eat healthy calories
and do the math---you need to eat less calories than you burn!.!.!.

no sugary food!.!.!.junk food!.!.!.you know what i mean!.!.!.
eat fruits and veggies for snacks

you have about 4 to 5 weeks!.!.!.!. so i don't think you can loose anything over 6 pounds-- healthily at least!.!.!.

even you angry you have to have one & only
soup!.
By taking soup you will be not dehydrated or feel

If you are not willing to do anything, including jog, then you dont want it bad enough and no matter what else you do, it wont work!.

Thats just how weight loss is, sorry!.
