Exersice/healthy eating help?
im 5'8" and i gained weight. I now weigh 130 and my jeans and pants don't even fit me anymore. I used to weigh 115-120 and wore a size 3-6 in jeans, now i think i need a size 6-8. I gained alot in my stomach, hips, and thighs area. Is there any exercises or foods i can eat to help get me back to the size i was before?

plus eat frequent small meals, don't eat late (before you sleep), Don't starve yourself!!.
good method: to lose fat exercise + eat well
to maintain same amount of fat: either only exercise or eat well.
