Is blue cheese bad for you?
Is blue cheese one of the unhealthiest kinds of cheese? I am not talking about fat, but about the mold culture that's in there. I heard that mold can be even cancerogenic. Is it true of blue cheese? (I am a blue cheese fan).

NO. Apsoloutly not. It's not any more unhealthy than any other cheese. The mold in it is very common and cannot hurt people (unless maybe you have a mold allergy)
