Question: Whey Protein Couple Questions:!?
I'm 19, going for 6-pack abs, and was wondering how Whey Protein could help me achieve my goal!? I have a couple questions:

1) Would Whey give me muscles easier and faster then if I weren't using it!?
2) Can Whey be my breakfast, lunch, & dinner!?
3) When would you suggest to drink Whey!? (before a work-out!? After!? Going to bed!? Morning!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but you still have to work for them!. Actually, they just give you more energy and endurance to work out longer without feeling the burn as fast!. But the protein also builds muscle better after workouts!. You should drink 1 hour before workouts, 1 hour during workouts and before bed!. But it would cost a lot of money to do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
