Question: How do i loose allot of belly fat really fast!?
Im 15, 5'8", 175 pounds, im overweight and most of my weight is centered around my stomach,!.!.and thighs, and i hate being ft!. ive alredy lost over 70 pounds, but i still need to ge down to 120, help me please!.!.!.!.i whant to loose as much as possible in 2 weeks when i go to my new school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Liposuction is the only way to lose belly fat "really fast"!. Other than that, you will need to exercise and eat right!. Try jogging/running a few miles a day!. Start slow if you're not used to it!. Running will take the weight off faster than any other exercise!. Also try doing situps when you start losing weight to tone loose muscle and skin!. It would be very unhealthy for you to try to lose 50 lbs in 2 weeks!. You will end up in the hospital!. Losing that much weight will take months at least since it is only advised to lose 2 lbs per week!. That would mean it will take you 25 weeks (or 5 months) to lose the weight safely!. Losing to fast can cause harm to your body and inevitably make you put the weight back on!. Change your diet and exercise!. Get into HEAVY lifting!. Trust me - I've been around the gym block a million times!. Join a gym (like a cheap YMCA or Community Gym), and focus on heavy lifts like the Bench Press, Stiff Legged Deadlift, Squats and Pullups (or Pull downs, if you're not strong enough to chin!.) Doesn't matter if you're female or male, that's the way to go, with full body workouts starting three times a week!. Dietwise, focus on veggies and protein (I'm veggie, so for me it's not meat, but rather soy products, nuts, etc!.) Stay away from processed stuff, like pasta and bread!. Eat small snacks six times a day (approximately every three hours), and DON"T DRINK YOUR CALORIES with stuff like soda and juice!. Not nutritionally worth it!. Stick with this regime, and the fat WILL come off!. (You may actually gain a little muscle weight, but the fat will drop!.!.!.!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Youe need to do a lot of cardio workout!.
Hit the treadmill hard, and dress up in a hoddy and sweat pants, this way you'll burn more calories!.
And for future advise, after you loose your weight, try to get to th 6-9% body fat group, and then you can start the ab workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
