A Day's Food?!
Question: A Day's Food!?
I'm a 15 year old teenage girl!.
I'm 5' 3" tall!.
I weigh about 117 pounds and my BMI is 20!.8

Now it says I'm "just right"!. And I know that I'm not exactly "fat", but I do have a bit of a belly!. There must be SOMETHING I could do to lose that fat, without going too drastic!. So I just plan to lessen the amount of food I consume everyday!.
So my question to you:
please list EVERYTHING I should be eating everyday [breakfast, lunch, dinner, including snack]
for a teenage girl who wants to lose belly fat but still be healthy!.
AKA what is the minimum [or RIGHT] amount of food required for me to be eating!.

this is a great website to create ur own daily meals!. they will specify the amount of calories needed!. its really accurate!. hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
