A Day's Food?!


Question: A Day's Food!?
I'm a 15 year old teenage girl!.
I'm 5' 3" tall!.
I weigh about 117 pounds and my BMI is 20!.8
[according to some website]

Now it says I'm "just right"!. And I know that I'm not exactly "fat", but I do have a bit of a belly!. There must be SOMETHING I could do to lose that fat, without going too drastic!. So I just plan to lessen the amount of food I consume everyday!.

So my question to you:
please list EVERYTHING I should be eating everyday [breakfast, lunch, dinner, including snack]
for a teenage girl who wants to lose belly fat but still be healthy!.
AKA what is the minimum [or RIGHT] amount of food required for me to be eating!.

Any salad with no dressing and water

100 Calorie Pack (Any) with water

Just remember you are 15!.
You are still growing, and still maturing physically and mentally!.

You NEED your nutrition, and that should be your priority right now!.
