You have to eat more calories then you burn!. A person burns on average 1200-2000 calories a day!. If you are doing arduous work then it tends to be quite a bit more!. If you have a sedentary lifestyle then it can be quite a bit less!. Good weight gain!.!.!.if you are a guy whey protein shakes work great, lots of meats, grains, eggs legumes, almonds, etc!. If you are a girl the soy proteins work great, meats, etc!. same as above!. It's all about eating the right thing though!. Keep away from the processed sugars, white flours, that kind of thing!. To gain weight all depends on your matabalism > but i would guess at least 3500 caleries a day should do it > and if you aet a large portion of that prior to going to bed you should gain weight !.
