Workout techniques without a gym?!


Question:

Workout techniques without a gym?

Generally I work out everyday usually lift 4 times a week and cardio the other 3 days.

heres my story: I will be going to see relatives for about 2 weeks and I know I will not have any access to a gym.

so can someone please tell me workout routines (without weights, machines, or cables)

I want to know what can I do that works out all my muscles (ex: like give me a link or explain it here). I know for example I can do push ups to workout my pecs(chest) and triceps.
I can try lunges for glutes, and I can do various ab workouts but I'm kinda stumped for Lats, delts, bicepts, etc.

Any info would be very appreciated, thanks---

Well u answered my question excellently...but uhh jus grab sum dumbells, u can do curls, delt pulls, if u have room....oh yeah pull ups, jus open a door and make sure its steady, and do s um pull ups, theyd be good 4 ur lats...1 legged squats r pretty efficient, oh yeah and tha mahler body blast...body weight exercises r great....tricep dips 2....
