How to loose 10 pounds or less?

I asked this question before and everyone kept telling me not to eat me. Why not, I thought protien is sopposto build muscles so that muscles can burn fat??? Confused
Iam a 15 year old boy and I weigh 155 pounds.I've been on the football team, basketball team... and i used to run 3 miles a day. So Iam in a pretty ripped shape. I just have one problem, I have a few inches of fat on my abs etc. and Iam trying to loose 10 pounds in three weeks. You got any tips?
Can you tell me how much calories?
